Liezel and Rayno – 29 June 2019
The beautiful backdrop of Milbrook Winery sets the scene for this cosy winter wedding film. In front of friends and family, Liezel and Rayno began their journey as husband and wife at this magnificient venue deep in the Perth Hills.

Lets hear from the couple themselves:
How did you two meet?
[su_spacer]Rayno and I met through friends, both of us had the “love at first sight” feeling but did not pursue a relationship because of circumstances at the time. Years later, when the time was right we reconnected and we’re still connecting everyday.
How did he propose?
[su_spacer]Rayno booked a night away at Amaroo (beautiful luxury resort) because he wanted time away from the city to de-stress. So we were relaxing outside on the veranda with a drink, enjoying the peace and quite. I sat with my head leaning against his chest and felt his heartbeat pounding out of his chest. So I offered him water, thinking it’s because of the redbull he had earlier and clearly made him understand that he will never drink an energy drink again. His response was something I never expected at that moment, so he got down on 1 knee and asked me to marry him.
What was your colour palette and your style vision?
[su_spacer]Emerald green, gold and white with an elegant style
What was your favourite moment?
[su_spacer]Being pronounced as husband and wife
Tell us about your flowers, your dress, your flavours, your cake, etc.
[su_spacer]I chose babies breath for the flowers as it reminds me of snow flakes which was perfect for our winter wedding and also because it is simple and elegant. My dress was the third one I tried on and immediately knew it was my dream wedding dress.
Describe your wedding day in your own words
[su_spacer]Our wedding day was a true fairytale, I enjoyed every moment of it and was so calm and happy throughout the day. It was better than I could ever dream it to be.
What is one piece of advice that you could give brides-to-be?
[su_spacer]Go to the toilet before you put your dress on 😉
